“Gen, a true snowboard boot fitting guardian angel 😂 I was truly about to just give up after $3000 in lessons and $3000 more in gear I was about to put it all on marketplace. I could not get past falling leaf on my heels down the mountain and the pain was EXCRUCIATING for both legs and primarily feet. Gen fixed it all! I’ve got a very unique foot apparently and my boot options are limited. She got me into the perfect fit.
